Position: State Farm Sales and Service Generalist

Licensing

· Property and Casualty License

· Life Insurance License

Licensing Reimbursement ( needed to start)

· If a prospect can pass the exam within 2 attempts all costs associated with passing the exam will be reimbursed.

· We recommend using Kaplan.com to purchase study courses. If using Kaplan, use the discount code: STATEFARMDISCOUNT

· We recommend purchasing the zoom course to improve the odds of passing the exam within 3 attempts

· The cost of each exam is $40.00

· You will be required to pass the Michigan Property and Casualty Producer/Solicitor exam

· You will be required to pass the Michigan Life Insurance Producer exam

Compensation

Starting Base Salary $25,000 Annual Base Guaranteed Base
Commission and bonuses
First Year associates make $42,000 to $60,000

· Inbound Customer service calls 15-30 calls per day

· Selling Auto, Home, Fire, Life, and Business Insurance

· Billing and Payments

· Assisting and educating current clients

· 10 fire

· 4 Life Insurance Polices

Our office is open 9am-5pm.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2011.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
