Bobby Branch Part Time Office Administrative Assistant ( Immediate Start)
Part time:
· $15 per hour
· Health insurance
· Monday, Wednesday, Friday work week (off Thursday and Tuesday)
· 9am – 5pm
Duties include:
· Answering and routing phone calls
· Managing Customer Renewals
· Assisting customers with billing and payment questions
· Scanning and attaching paperwork
· Opening office and office general upkeep
· Payroll Assistance
· Phone interviewing candidates for sales and service positions
· Mail handling
· Scheduling appointments
· Telemarketing current and former clients
· Upselling current customers
· Note taking and task creation
· Money handling
· Creating Weekly Customer Service/activity reports for managers
Qualifications
· Reliable transportation
· Strong computer skills
· Experience in customer service and problem solving
· Must be willing to work independently and within a team environment
· Must be a self-starter
· Positive and optimistic perspective a must
· Opportunity for promotion
Insurance Licensing
· Property and Casualty License Required
· Agent will pay for materials

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Westland.
- Our office is open 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2011.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Detroit Mercy.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
