Bobby Branch Insurance is looking to train the next high quality team member for our expanding team. An entry level account manager will work with customers to provide solutions for their auto, home, and life insurance needs. This is a great opportunity to start a career with a Fortune 50 insurance provider in State Farm.

We are seeking individuals committed to teamwork, providing remarkable customer service, demonstrating a willingness to learn, and a daily commitment to success! Account Managers may be promoted in 9 months.

State Insurance License Requirement

Account associates will be required to pass a Michigan Property and Casualty Exam as well as, a Life and Health Exam. Study Materials can be purchased online  by searching Michigan Property and Casualty. Trainees will purchase their own licensing and study materials. If a trainee can pass the exam within 2 tries, reimbursement will occur for testing and study materials. License is required to start the position.

Training

·       Account associates will complete paid training.

Base Compensation

  • $13-14 per hour 
  • First year Account Associates earn between $350,000 and $65,000 with commissions and bonus

Hours

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
